Phil Sieff achieves justice for those who suffer serious injury or death at the hands of others. More than 20 years of trial experience handling over 75 wrongful death cases makes Phil a highly effective advocate for clients coping with the wrongful death of a loved one, particularly a child. His experience in complex, high-profile cases includes lead co-counsel of the I-35W Bridge Collapse legal team, the Red Lake High School Shooting, the Wellstone Plane Crash, and the Holidazzle Parade Disaster. He has obtained numerous million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.
Phil also practices Product Liability and Medical Malpractice and has significant experience helping crime victims and people dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As a leader in both the legal profession and the community, Phil makes substantial volunteer contributions supporting the delivery of legal services.
